Our signature K-Fit HIIT workout is the first of its kind.  Most HIIT workouts require high impact movements which can tax the joints over the long haul.  Our High Intensity, Low Impact workouts will engage every inch of your body without overloading the joints.  It's a full body workout geared towards maximizing calorie burn.  We also recognize that everyone is different, and that is why we modify exercises as needed during each workout to your individual needs giving you the perfect workout every time.

You can't "Out - Train" a bad diet. So we took out all the guess work and will provide you with examples of what to eat, how much and how often. We even set up a meal by meal plan for those that like more structure. It is literally fool proof.

What are your class/session times?
We have 30 different K-Fit HIIT workout sessions weekly.  Take a look at our current schedule at for the exact times. 
What's the difference between this and other local programs?
 Besides getting the chance to fine tune the program over several years of running it, we also carefully selected a team of coaches and influencers that we feel are the best in the area.  We have professional trainers, life coaches and nutrition coaches.  Our list of mentors and leaders include medical doctors, nutritionists, chef and performance coaches. 
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
This program is open to people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.  Having said that we like to work with individuals that are committed.    This is why we send out a questionnaire to individuals that are interested in order to filter out anyone we feel may not be ready to commit.  Also, if someone has extensive injuries that may prevent them from participating in the workouts, we may encourage one-on-one training instead of the group workouts. 
How many sessions can I attend per week?
Participants in the Challenge are eligible to attend 2 studio workouts per week (8 monthly).  You are welcome to  add additional sessions at a discounted rate. Also, you'll be able to do make up sessions for any missed workout as long as it's done within the challenge's time frame. 
What do I need to know before attending my first session?
If you feel you are ready to commit, you can fill out questionnaire followed by payment.  We will reach out to you to confirm that you've been selected.  If, for some reason we see that you are not a good fit for the program, we'll also notify you and refund your payment. Besides our initial email,  you'll receive your welcome package via email on Friday, May 10th. 
How much does the program cost?
The cost of the program if $299 for non members and $99 for members of Studio K-Fit.
When does my program official start? 
Our starting date is Monday, May 13th.  All participants will receive their welcome package via email by Friday, May 10th.  Registration will close once we have 20 people signed up.
